A corporate event has one job: people should eat well, talk and remember the evening — with no stress for the organiser. We've gathered the key points worth thinking about in advance, in the order they're usually settled.
Set the goal and budget, then the date and guest numbers, then the format (at our place / delivery / mobile oven) and a menu with veggie and vegan options. We'll wrap up the rest — drinks, logistics and the invoice — together. For a bigger event and the mobile oven, get in touch 2–3 weeks ahead.
1. Goal and budget
You plan an intimate team dinner one way and a get-together for several dozen people another. Decide whether it's a festive gathering, a team-building night or celebrating a success — and a rough budget per person. Those are the two numbers that narrow down the rest of the decisions fastest.
2. Date and guest numbers
Give us a date (or two alternatives) and an approximate number of people. Weekends go fastest. The guest count determines the format and how much pizza and food to prepare — our post on how much pizza to order per person comes in handy here.
3. Format — at our place, delivery or a mobile oven
- Event at our place — the venue or a private room to yourselves, your own menu, service on site.
- Delivered catering — ready pizzas and starters brought to the office, warm and ready to serve.
- Mobile oven — pizza baked live at your event, right in front of your guests. It makes an impression and works best from around 40 people.
We describe all three formats on our events and catering page.
4. Menu and diets
Make sure there are veggie and vegan options — we'll put together a selection to fit the team. Ingredients and allergens are in the menu. For larger groups, a few fixed items plus pizza "on rotation" works well.
5. Drinks, logistics, formalities
- Drinks: from water and soft drinks to wines and cocktails — we agree the range with you individually.
- Logistics: for the mobile oven we need space and access — give us the location in your enquiry.
- Invoice and payment: we issue invoices; details and any deposit are settled at confirmation.
6. How to start
Describe your event in the form — type, date, number of people, location — and we'll come back with a proposal (we reply within 24h on working days). Prefer to talk? Call us: 695 100 645.
