These terms govern the services provided by Harvest Koprowski spółka jawna, registered at Sukiennice 9a, 50-107 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8971850314, operating the PIENO restaurant at Vespucciego 18d, 51-505 Wrocław.
General provisions
These terms apply to guests of the restaurant and visitors to pieno.pizza — in particular those booking a table or sending enquiries through the contact or events/catering form.

Table reservations
You can book a table by phone at 695 100 645, online via zjedz.my, or in person at the restaurant.
Reservations are typically held for 15 minutes past the booked time. If you're running late, please call.
Larger groups, events, catering and the mobile oven — via the form on /imprezy or by email. An enquiry sent through the form is a request for a quote, not a binding contract; terms (date, scope, price, any deposit) are agreed individually and confirmed separately.
Delivery orders
Delivery orders are handled via the Glovo platform. Orders placed through Glovo — including payment, delivery and delivery complaints — are governed by Glovo's terms.
Larger and company orders (delivered catering) are arranged by phone or via the form.
Payments
On site we accept cash, payment cards and BLIK. The website does not sell anything or process online payments.
VAT invoices on request — give us your billing details when booking, when receiving the bill, or by email.
Conduct and responsibility
Guests are expected to behave appropriately in the venue, use our services in good faith and respect other guests. Staff may refuse service in cases of serious misconduct.
The restaurant follows Polish law on alcohol service — we do not serve intoxicated persons or minors.
Complaints
Complaints regarding service, food or online services can be reported by email at info@pieno.pizza, by phone at 695 100 645, or by post to the registered address.
Review period: 14 days from receipt.
Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. Cookie consent can be managed via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Intellectual property
The content, photos, marks and layout of the site are protected. Using them without our consent, beyond permitted use, is not allowed.
Closing provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Disputes arising from services provided in the restaurant fall under the jurisdiction of the court for the place of business (Wrocław).
These terms may be updated. Each version is dated at the top of this page.
